FEMALE LEADER

      A long survey has been done in January 2011, to have opinion about female leader actually it is my assignment about female leader,  the survey starts with some boys cynic about female being a leader and they highlight the weakness of female. Then some girls give their opinion that female can be a leader but for small community, then some highlight about the criteria of being a leader. /shock

      So basically society kind of skeptic about female leader and expect more toward male leader, because of norm and female are more emotional than male and other kind of factor also, but basically gender is not the real factors. The main point here is whether he/she got what it takes to be the leader or can he/she carries and bear the job and the responsibility to be the leader or not is the real issues here. 

  

      A leader has to be analytical as well as connected to the people, understanding of the needs of the people they are leading, but not emotional enough to pursuit without reason, full of ambitious, a responsible person and many more. I think some of female business leader also can do well as male can do. Nowadays, female can do as good as male can do and it has been proven by them. YES sometimes female leader’s judgment overwhelmed by their emotion, female tend do feel more emotional than male but basically gender not the real factors.  Most of leaders are male because most criteria as leader are with male, but female also have some of the criteria as leader, and they can also be leader as good as male. So whether male or female are suit for leader is not the issues but do they have the quality to be the leader is the issues. /nobigdeal

      I think gender not the real issue, for me the real issue is the quality as a leader to be a leader. For me to be a leader he/she must be someone that I can really count on, can earn my respect and know how to manage well. So what matter it not the gender, what matter it the person himself/herself, whether he/she have what it take to be the leader and can carry all the responsibility as leader. It is not an easy thing to hold the high post and bear the responsibility only people that really committed, ambitious and dedicate for it, but not many have all the qualities. So to conclude all, from my perspective it doesn’t matter male or female qualify as the leader, what matter is the person himself/herself whether qualify to be the leader  or not qualify. /hmm
